Booking and Payment
Booking requests submitted through our website are subject to availability confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team. Payment terms and methods will be communicated upon booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be rescheduled subject to availability. Weather-related cancellations initiated by hazy-savanna are fully refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost.
User Conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:

- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
